1 General Information

ak66 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

In this document, "platform", "site" or "we" refers to ak66 and its operating entity. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use the ak66 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must participate on this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You must not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Rules

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.3 Updating Contact Information

If your phone number or other contact details change, please update your profile immediately. ak66 is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by outdated information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Only the following payment methods may be used to make deposits at ak66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may also only be made to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed. If fraud is suspected, ak66 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ak66 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal. This applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies under its own separate rules and validity period.
• A bonus is applicable only once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ak66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• ak66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific market and betting rules apply for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. If any event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be considered void and the relevant amount will be returned.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, table games, and other casino games have their own rules, which are displayed before the game starts. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate as determined by the game provider.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, the result will be determined according to the server record.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance if they occur:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Fraudulently exploiting or abusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Attempting to systematically extract bonuses through betting patterns.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or information.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system against the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Behaving abusively or making threats toward platform staff.
• Intentionally providing false or misleading information.

ak66 operates monitoring systems to detect such activities and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

ak66 will attempt to make contact before terminating an account. The balance may be frozen during an investigation. If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, any valid balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

ak66 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Any financial loss from betting — full responsibility lies with the user.

Our liability for normal platform failures is limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant transaction.
